What insurance plans are available and what are the benefits offered?
As a credit union member, you and/or your spouse may qualify for a variety of supplemental health and disability insurance plans:
Hospital Accident Protection
Pays a fixed dollar amount directly to the insured for every day of a covered hospital confinement due to accident.
Can be used to meet deductibles, co-payments or other expenses.
Outpatient treatment coverage is available.
Disability Income
Provides part or all of your income should you become disabled and unable to work.
Non-tobacco users may qualify for additional premuium savings.
Short Term Medical
Provides a temporary plan of health insurance.
Provides health coverage if you are between jobs, laid off, waiting for an employer's health coverage to begin, or if you are a graduating high school student who is no longer covered by your parents' insurance.
Your choice of deductible and payment options.
Medicare Supplement
Supplements Medicare benefits.
Pays most, if not all Medicare co-insurance amounts and may cover Medicare's deductibles.
