Benefits of Membership

Joining IAEFCU makes you a member owner and gives you access to a long list of convenient, money-saving products and services. Membership is for life. You retain your membership even if you change jobs, relocate or retire. Once you become a member, your family members and life partners can join as well.

We are a not-for-profit financial cooperative.  As such, we do not pay tax on earnings in excess of expenses.  Unlike other types of financial institutions which need to generate profits to satisfy stockholders, we return excess earnings to our member owners in the form of:

• Higher dividend rates on deposit accounts
• Lower interest rates on loans, and
• Low (or no) fees
