IAEFCU wants to provide affordable homeownership to our members.  At this time we offer First Mortgages, Second Mortgages as well as HELOCs--Home Equity Lines of Credit.

Second Mortgages

We offer Second Mortgages with rates based on the Prime Rate, and with no fees except for any state-required mortgage tax, if applicable.  Terms of up to 15 years are available.

We also provide Home Equity loans--with and without fees.

HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit)

Our HELOCs have no fees other than a state-required mortgage tax, if applicable.  The introductory interest rate will  be the Prime Rate or 6%. whichever is greater, on the date of the loan, and adjusts yearly on the loan's anniversary to the then-current Prime Rate or 7%, whichever is greater.  There is a 5-year draw.
